Automotive Lighting Industry Development Technology Forum & Shanghai International Automotive Lighting Exhibition (ALE) is a technical exchange and product display platform for the whole industry chain of automotive lighting, which is positioned to be small-cut, high-precision and specialised.

Since its inception in 2005, ALE has always been to promote the technical progress and innovative development of the automotive lighting industry as its mission. As the most influential professional platform in the industry, ALE gives full play to the advantages of ‘Forum + Exhibition’ three-dimensional presentation mode. The thematic forum focuses on the cutting-edge issues of the industry, bringing together top experts from all over the world to discuss technological innovation and future trends; the technology exhibition attracts hundreds of industry leaders to showcase the latest technologies and products, presenting a feast of technology and creativity. ALE has been ploughing into the industry for twenty years, bringing together the world's most influential OEMs and lamp companies, becoming the wind vane of the global automotive lighting industry, and playing a crucial role in eliminating the upstream and downstream information gap in the industry, integrating advantageous industrial resources, and promoting the docking of zero and whole. Over the past two decades, ALE has launched more than 800 speeches, attracted thousands of industry experts to communicate and interact with each other, and the number of professional visitors has exceeded 100,000, and its development history is also the epitome of the change of automotive lighting technology.

Social vehicles can go to the P1 and P2 car parks on the ground floor of the Expo Centre for parking. Parking is free within 4 hours and RMB 1/hour for more than 4 hours.


Visitor Information

Admission requirement:

The exhibition is open to professionals only, with registration by business card at the visitor registration desk, or pre-registration is also possible online.

Visitor pre-registration:

In order to facilitate the rapid entry of exhibition visitors, we will open a visitor pre-registration service on our website and Official Accounts. Please look forward to the corresponding registration portal.

Huaqiao International Expo Centre covers a total area of 215,000 square metres,

with a total construction area of 124,000 square metres and an actual usable exhibition

and negotiation area of 100,000 square metres. It mainly consists of 7 exhibition halls

of 10,000 square metres and 30,000 square metres of negotiation area, which can accommodate

nearly 3,500 international standard booths.


The exhibition hall has 4,300 square metres of conference area, including a multi-functional

conference hall with a capacity of 500 people and nine small and medium-sized conference

rooms ranging from 10 to 200 people. The exhibition hall has 5100 square meters of catering

and banquet halls with a capacity of 800 people, a catering service area for simple business meals,

and a business centre and other comprehensive service facilities. There are 1,700 car parking spaces

in the exhibition hall.


As an important international convention and exhibition centre in the Yangtze River Delta region

based on the gateway of Shanghai, Huaqiao International Expo Centre, by virtue of its unique strategic

radiation geographic advantage and modern convention and exhibition facilities and functional advantages,

will certainly take advantage of the strong east wind of the development of China's convention and exhibition

industry to become an emerging force in the convention and exhibition economy of Shanghai, the Yangtze

River Delta and even at home and abroad.
